We begin each client relationship with a policy meeting, assessing many important factors, such as cash flow needs, risk tolerance, tax implications, and investment goals. Once we have a complete understanding of the client’s unique needs, we design and implement an investment plan.

After the initial implementation of the portfolio investment plan, FMA continues to work actively in accordance with our clients’ interests. We conduct periodic portfolio reviews and maintain ongoing personal communication, keeping each client informed and involved.

Our pledge is to always be accessible and to provide loyal personal service. We know that our clients value being able to speak to a professional advisor who is familiar with their account. We also invite our clients to ask questions, express concerns, or share financial developments that occur. As our clients’ situations or objectives change, we may recommend alterations in the investment plan to maximize investment performance.

Clients receive a clearing firm confirmation of each portfolio transaction and monthly portfolio statements, as well as year-end tax reporting. Our website clients can easily and securely view their accounts online. We also publish a quarterly newsletter to share pertinent information with clients ranging from market conditions to new tax requirements.
